A meeting of the NSRAC Brown Shrimp Focus Group was held on 27 October 2011 in the Schiphol Amsterdam Airport Hilton Hotel starting at 11 o’clock.
The meeting was co hosted by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs Agriculture and Innovation. The Ministry also invited EC officials and representatives of the member states to attend. At the meeting, Imares scientist will present their findings on management options for brown shrimp, being short lived, multiple spawning species.
