The NSRAC GA and ExCom meetings will be held in Aberdeenshire Council Headquarters, Westburn Road, Aberdeen on 21-22 October 2010. The General Assembly will be on Thursday 21 October, 13.00 – 17.00 hrs and the Executive Committee Meeting will be on Friday 22 October, 09.30 – 16.00 hrs. Registration form, Agenda and papers will be on the website in due course.

The next meeting of the Demersal Working Group will take place in Brussels on 15 September 2010 at 09.30 hrs in the offices of the CPMR-CRPM, (8th floor), RP Schuman 14, 1040 Brussels.

Resolving Data Deficiencies in North West Waters Fisheries July 2010 Final
In a ground-breaking initiative that could set a precedent for other stocks, the North Sea Regional Council is holding a series of meetings with fishermen and other stakeholders in the main nephrops ports. The first meeting was held in Whitley Bay on 19 June and the next date which has been arranged is 31 July in Fraserburgh with the venue still to be advised. Further meetings will be arranged in Denmark and the Netherlands.
ICES presented the latest stock advice to the NSRAC Executive Committee in Boulogne Sur Mer on 29 June.
