NSAC Conference on the Future of the CFP“QUO VADIS, CFP? A North Sea perspective on the future of
Common Fisheries Policy”

On the 12th of September, NSAC is organizing a conference on the Future of the CFP, focused on overlooked, not fully implemented, or ignored fisheries management aspects. For further information, please consult the Terms of Reference of the Conference.

Following an opening address by the NSAC Chair, DG MARE Director-General Charlina Vitcheva will address the audience and allow approximately 30min for questions, with priority given to NSAC members. Following, two panels of 3-4 panelists will discuss governance and scientific aspects in a three-hour session. Each panel will be opened with 10-15 min presentations by each speaker, followed by a discussion where panelists will respond to questions from the audience.
